Duties & Responsibilities
The principal role of this advisory committee is to provide management advice to the Board of Selectmen to protect the interests of the Town in zoning matters affecting the economic development of land and in housing development filings initiated under Mass eneral Law 40B.
The principal responsibility of the committee is to review and analyze economic development proposals and 40B filings, and then to recommend to the Board of Selectmen a course of action for each that is deemed to be in the best interests of the Town. |
